Demiglace recipe


For 20 people INGREDIENTS: 2 L Flandria Foods Demi-Glace Sauce 160 mL Canola Oil (or sunflower oil) 2 kg Beef cut in strips 1 kg Button Mushrooms 50 g finely chopped parseley 6 g Cracked Black Peppercorns 2 large Red Bell Peppers, cut julienne style 2 large Green Bell Pepper, cut julienne style 750g Snow Peas or Sugar Snap Peas 2 onions 25g minced ginger 150 g Bean Sprouts 20 g sweet paprika 20g Vegeta PREPARATION Prepare the FLANDRIA FOODS Demi-Glace Sauce and keep it hot. In a large wok or on a flat top griddle, heat the canola (or sunflower) oil on high and sauté the beef until fully browned. Reserve in a stainless hotel pan. Sauté the rest of the ingredients (except for the sauce) until a bit crispy and mix with the beef strips. Add the hot FLANDRIAD FOODS Demi-Glace Sauce. You can serve it with rice (or noodles). Can be chilled for next service.
